Finding the right home in a new area can be daunting! Working with John and Barb truly removed much of the stress. First of all I commend them both for listening to our expectations and finding appropriate homes for us to see. When we finally made an offer, John helped us through the entire process, always available to answer our many (!!) questions. Once the offer was accepted John and Barbara continued to support us with a thorough inspection process. Since unfamiliar with the area, they also provided contact numbers for all of the service companies which allowed us to set up accounts early.
The week prior to closing tropical storm IAN became a concern. As IAN materialized into a horrific storm we were unable to be present for the final walk though. After the Hurricane passed John went to our house and did a thorough inspection for any damage and provided feedback to us (also provided pictures) and luckily the house had no damages.
